Personal identification information: We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, social security number. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Damage to Resort property, The Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. Removal of Resort property We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. Inappropriate behavior, It is the Resorts policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager, the Resort reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the Resorts discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the Resort. Dreamcatcher is not responsible for any loss of personal property, guests are requested to safe keep their belongings at all times, and valuables can be kept in personal lockers at reception. If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest's departure it will be disposed of by the Resort. Payment Terms Please check the payment gateway term. Check in / out times Check-in time is after 12:00 PM and Checkout times are before 10:00:00 AM are explained when bookings are made. Any extension to the check out time either pre-arranged or as a late departure, may or may not incur a charge upon departure. Vehicles All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The Resort does not have its own private parking. All Cottages have been designed to give a unique identity & Style to each Cottage therefore, more than one cottage allotted to you may differ in Shape, Size and interior decoration of the cottage despite being part of the same category. No booking is confirmed without advance payment. Please bear in mind before making your booking that Dreamcatcher is closed for the Monsoon every year between May through October, bookings for when we are open can still be made on line during that time. Room tariff mentioned is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes for the number of people specified in the description & subject to change, persons with reservations will be notified prior to their arrival. Nothing in these terms or conditions shall limit or restrict the guests legal rights as a consumer. Child Policy Resort Dreamcatcher Resorts recognizes children as being 12 or under. Please be aware that individuals over 12 will be classed as adults and charged accordingly on arrival. www.dreamcatcher.in is a property of Dreamcatcher Resorts

Cancellation Policy

# Room tariff mentioned is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes for the number of people specified in the description. # Check -in 12 noon - Check -out - 10am. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable. # According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided. # Indian nationals making cash payment above Rs. 20000.00 has to produce their PAN card. # Dreamcatcher Resorts reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. # Booking is not transferable without written consent from "Dreamcatcher Resorts " . Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.# Advance Payment will confirm assured booking. # Tariff subject to change without prior notice. Cancellation & Refund PolicyIf cancelled 30 days before date of arrival: 100% refund.If cancelled 15-30 days before date of arrival: 70% refund.If cancelled 07-15 days before date of arrival: 50 % refund.If cancelled within 07 days of date of arrival: No refund.In-case of Refund payment will be reversed in same mode within 7 to 10 working days.Booking can be postponed subject to availability.
